I had a great view of the cathedral from my clean and modern room. The owner went out of her way to make sure I had a good breakfast experience, even bringing all the items back out just for me. The location was perfect for visiting the churches and exploring the center of the city.

The Hotel Staff are excellent: friendly, efficient, helpful and just very pleasant. The Hotel is undergoing quite large renovations and they are adding an extension. We were given a somewhat quiet room. I am sure in the future this Hotel will be lovely. We liked it so much we were actually thinking of going back there for a second night but it would have meant back tracking!

The location of this hotel was mind-blowing, just a short walk from the town centre and the impressive Cathedral. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were well equipped, with free wi-fi and air conditioning in public areas. The breakfast was fantastic, with a jaw-dropping variety of choices. We also loved the welcome drink at the bar/lounge area. Late check-in and 24-hour reception were a plus. The lift made it convenient for us, especially with our heavy luggage. The business centre was a great feature, as well as the table tennis for some fun activities. And the fact that pets were allowed made it even more amazing. Definitely a non-smoking property, which was great for us. we had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful large clean spacious rooms, with fridge. Good location, fabulous breakfast, friendly staff.

The room was clean as expected and the bed was comfortable.

Because there was no air condition in the room, we had to hear the noise outside from the road.

Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and homemade snacks, plus the view from the terrace was a delight. The hotel even had safety features, just in case I was in danger of setting the place on fire.

Oh, the translucent bathroom door and the line of sight from the bed. Quite the exhibitionist experience, I must say.

The room was a bit expensive for the size, but they were very accommodating to our family of 5 with 3 kids under the age of 4. No complaints other then the price.

The hotel was very convient and the manager was very patient and helpful. It was very plesent stay.

It was hot day and there was no airconditioning in the rooms.

We have stayed there for the first time. The location had been ok, we had a care, however, it is a good 1/2 hr walk to town. The Hotel had major problems with noise due to the work outside building another part on to the hotel. Our first room had been direct to the construction side, I complained and a room to the other side had been given to us asap, however, there too had been extreme noise. The Breakfast table had been plenty, the elevator had been broken four times, we stayed on the third floor, so it was a huge problem..no air conditioner in rooms. The charge of the room had been the same. The owner had been complaining to one of her workers in front of us, which I thought had been very irresponsible.

Breakfast was good and staff friendly and obliging.

The major drawback was that the hotel was in the process of major construction an as a consequence; noisy, dusty and not welcoming. When the work is complete, I an sure that the hotel will be nice. This work should be advised when making a booking.

Great value for the price. Breakfast buffet is amazing, with a lot of variety and fresh options. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main churches and town center. The rooms are cozy and clean, with comfortable beds.

The hotel lacks some facilities and feels more like a basic hotel rather than a higher star rating. There is no spacious lobby or lounge area, and the rooms lack some key amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the coffee was tasty. The hotel was located within walking distance of several attractions in the city.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. The description of the room was not accurate and it was smaller than expected.

Comfortable and clean room with free water bottle and sweets upon arrival. Effort made by staff to accommodate late check-in.- Good selection of pillows and functioning shower in the bathroom.

Limited parking space and unexpected charge for parking. Lack of curtains in the room, only net curtains, which was a bit strange.
